Netflix’s New Hit Movie Nowhere
The movie starts by showing a married couple and their escape. The woman is pregnant, and the two get stuck in a shipping container. They soon get separated, and the woman is left alone in the flooded container. This setup allows the director to show a raw and emotional drama, making viewers feel the emotions of the protagonist as if it were happening to them.
Anna Castillo, the actor who played the role of Mia, the pregnant container stowaway, shared part of her experience filming the movie. Apparently, it left her with an infection due to all the shouting and screaming. According to Castillo, Mia had to endure because she knew her baby depended on her.
